The Heart Behind

Charlene Odigie is the heart behind Focus & Flow Healing, a wellness initiative dedicated to empowering women, teens, and individuals to embrace self-love and emotional healing. Inspired by her own journey of overcoming adversity and rediscovering herself, Charlene brings 11+ years of Social Work experience, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, and certifications in Reiki, herbalism, trauma-informed care, and life coaching to her work.
With a deep passion for creating transformative spaces, Charlene offers workshops, coaching, and holistic healing practices that support individuals in rebuilding confidence, releasing emotional blockages, and reconnecting with their true selves. Her trauma-informed, heart-centered approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that healing begins with self-love.
